Dear groovy readers and friends,
Just another short post to see that everything is working correctly (ish) before I set up the re-direct from the old site to this one (this is the new one, by the way, hi.)
Please stick with me while I play around with theme options, etc. And let me know if anything could be better.
A note on reading: Subscribers from the old place have been migrated to this one, and apparently my posts will still appear in the WP reader. If not, pop your email in the email subscription box in the sidebar.
Thanks again and more words from me when I figure out what the hell I’ve done!
If you could let me know where you saw this post (inbox, WP reader, FB, etc, then I’ll know what’s working!

Received the post in my inbox. All honky dory! I have to admit, though, that the sharing buttons popping up in my face while reading the post (I’m on my iPad using Safari) was annoying. They are already clearly visible as part of your posts. Nicely done in general!

Hi Lorna, your new site doesn’t appear on my reader, nor does it come up in searches done through my reader. That’s the same for other wordpress blogs that have also dropped the wordpress from their web address. ?????? Your new site does look lovely though. It is always hard getting used to a new system.

Email subscription is still working at my end 🙂 Though my computer has just decided to put everything in caps so sorry if my name looks like it’s being yelled by someone with no indoor voice. I’m working on fixing that.
My wordpress subscription isn’t working. It shows that I’m following you at ginlemonade.com, but it hasn’t updated to your latest post.
I might try re-following you to see if your latest post shows up in my feed.
