How To Have A Really Bad Cold

8th March 2011

I’ve never been a good stuffed up person.  I’ve never liked taking naps, ask my parents.  The last time I slept during the during the day, I’d had all my wisdom teeth out the day before. Last week, my body was gearing up for my annual cold, and this week it has lashed out. While I had a towel over my head just above hot water this afternoon, I put together a list of things to do when you don’t…

Shopping On My Shelves

1st March 2011

Last April, I condensed my list of Things To Do Before I’m 30 into 29 Resulotions. There are some quite exciting things happening for me, and tea is the only thing that stops my brain from buzzing.  The fact I now ask Sarge to make…

100 Books Or Bust: Double Digits

16th February 2011

As of this morning, I finished my 11th book of the year.  I’m trying to vary lengths so I don’t ‘cheat’ with short books only. So far, I’ve read: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire – in two days, on an island. The Lacuna – in a little more than two days, back to reality. The Slap – I’m still calling this one ‘The Bitch Slap’. A Very Private Gentleman – quoted here. I Was Amelia Earhart – which…
